We provide preservation services throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland and are growing.

We need experienced property preservation sub-contractors and workers for our in house crews in the south central Pennsylvania and the north western Maryland area.

Anyone interested, must be able to perform these property preservation duties including but not limited to:

  • Inspections
  • Securing Vacant Properties
  • Changing Door locks
  • Sign Posting
  • Occupancy Checks
  • Evictions
  • Yard Maintenance
  • Cleanouts / Debris Removal
  • Winterizations
  • Snow Removal
  • Knowledge of usage of proper and necessary equipment
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Must be able to take before and after photos of work

All References will be checked and verified

All Candidates must have the following to be considered:

  • Clean Criminal Background
  • Must pass driving background check and be insurable thru our carrier

Available Positions:

We are looking for sub-contractors who are familiar property preservation. Sub-contractors perform all aspects of property preservation, repairs and handyman assignments as assigned with little to no supervision.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of (1) year of applicable working experience in property preservation, general building repair, basic hvac, basic plumbing and electrical
  • Proper Business and Contractors Licensing
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, use ladder up to 30ft, possess mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Have excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $27,000 – $45,000 a year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call
Weekend availability

Experience: Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road

We are looking for workers to be part of one of our crews.

  • Ability to lift 50lbs, use ladder up to 30ft
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Have excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish)

Pay: $12 – $18 an hour

40 hour weekly

Some Overtime
